Having wiped my own eyes, now it's time to tell you how great that video was. I keep being so impressed by your honesty and willingness to work on changing your story. About 15 years ago I discovered that the "narrative" I had developed for my life was in many ways a false one, and while it had worked for me, it had also done a lot to get me into trouble. Changing that narrative is one of the important factors in my decision to self-publish in 2009, and has had a lot to do with my success in my writing journey (as well as improving so many other aspects of my life.) Needless to say when you shared your new mantra is when I started to get misty eyed myself. Really looking forward to watching you on your journey. And so much envy on my part about the graphics you used to make the video not be simply a talking head!!!!
Thank you for this lovely comment, Mary Lou. I'm doing my best to view this stage of my journey as a metamorphosis - one I don't want to sabotage by being stubborn and impatient (I am often both). I know it will be worth it in the end. But growing pains suck. I don't care how old you are when you have them. 😉

Agree. And yes, the graphics. A talented writer who is also tech savvy.
